For MADE-TO-ORDER trousers
(your specific size, color, fabric selection (blend or 100% wool), etc.) plus "How-To-Measure"
info (this is important reading guys), please

For IN STOCK items such as our fabrics,
accessories, in-stock (page 1) trousers, etc. you can use our
standard "In Stock" ORDER FORM. Or if you'd prefer simply
list your item(s) on a sheet of paper giving their description or item number.
Add up your totals, make your check or money order payable to Stony Brook Company, sign,
seal and toss your order in the mail. :-)
If you would like a confirmation when we receive your order just make a note of that on your
order and we will be happy to contact you when it arrives.

We accept personal check or money order. Unit or organizational checks
are also welcome.
PLEASE NOTE:
ALL CHECKS: Please allow a MINIMUM of ten (10) business
days for checks to clear.
MONEY ORDERS: Money orders allows for shipping within 48 hours
on any item in stock.
SORRY,
we are NOT set up for credit cards or any of the internet payment services such as PayPal,
etc. Also, we DO NOT maintain ANY type of credit accounts.
Make payment to: STONY BROOK COMPANY.
We ship primarily by U.S. PRIORITY MAIL. In any event that we must ship trousers via
UNITED PARCEL SERVICE we specifically require a street address not a
P.O. box. Buttons, chevrons, etc., are usually sent by U.S. First Class mail
if the order is small.
To return items use U.S. Mail (or UPS if you prefer) AND insure for full value.
These return methods are for YOUR protection
USE THEM! We cannot issue a refund for something we do not receive!
Refunds cover only the product price, NOT
shipping/insurance fees. Sorry, we DO NOT ship nor accept C.O.D.s! All items come with a TEN day inspection period. This period is
based on ten working days from the date we ship (Post Mark or UPS receipt).
We feel this time frame is sufficient to allow for delivery of the item, inspection
by the customer and then a call or e-mail from them if there are any problems.
Any item may be returned SO LONG AS they have not been worn or altered in any
way! Refund covers original item cost ONLY - NOT shipping fees to or from.
PLEASE NOTE!: The smallest waist size we manufacture is 30". The largest waist size we manufacture is 50". We cannot do any work below 30" or above 50" as we do not have the necessary patterning. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Such orders qualify for a five percent discount if the order consists
of five or more pair (selection can be mixed :-). Drop me an e-mail or
phone call and we can work on the particulars.
If more than one item is purchased off this site - either trousers, accessories,
consignments or any combination thereof - we can COMBINE those purchases and
achieve just one shipping fee. Any questions on combining orders to save on
shipping please ask.
